The henna tattoo design has always been around but there has been a real boost in popularity since the end of February. And now, in the heat of summer, henna temporary tattoos are all the rage! Whether they are the classic paint-on henna designs or modern transfer tattoos, henna temporary body tattoos are growing in popularity.Many people have been tweeting photos of henna tattoos and they have been a permanent feature in the micro-blogosphere. There has been an increase in mentions and conversations regarding henna temporary tattoos over the past few months.
In part, this increase in popularity can be attributed to the season: it is summertime, and shorts, t-shirts and flip flops mean more skin on which to wear temporary tattoos.
